Holiday Boarding: FULL PAYMENT is required 10 days PRIOR for any holiday boarding (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.) Payment is to be made out to Joyce Martin and can be made my check or credit card using Pay Pal ($5 fee per transaction applies.)
Once we receive the below form you will be emailed the required boarding forms and medical consent that will help us make sure your dog is well cared for and comfortable. Copies of current vaccinations, rabies certificate and other pertinent medical information must be provided for your dogs file.
ALL dogs MUST be age appropriately vaccinated which includes DHPP, Rabies and Bordetalla. Puppies over the age of 6 months must be spay/neuter. NO EXCEPTIONS.
